Drop off/Pick up artwork inside the gallery.  Please have the following attached to the back of your artwork when you come:

1. Confirmation of registration
2. Confirmation of Docent shift

NO HANGING FEE - ONE DOCENT SHIFT FOR UP TO 3 PIECES.

ART IS TO BE PRICED AT $150 OR LESS TO QUALIFY FOR “AFFORDABLE ART”.

Take-In is Tuesday, from 10:30am to 4:00pm.  This Exhibition will be on display in the CAL gallery throughout the month.

Waiver & Donation Agreement: By registering , artist agrees to the following:  release CAL and its representatives from any and all claims of damage, theft of any artwork/item on exhibit at the gallery; has read and agreed to the guidelines set forth in the CAL gallery policies; the artwork/item is your original creation.  Artist agrees that CAL will will receive 20% of the sales price and that those funds will be donated as part of the Christmas Is For Giving program.  Artist will be paid for sold piece(s) within two (2) weeks after the exhibit closes, less the 20% donation amount. CAL will collect sales tax on all sales in the Gallery.

Any unclaimed artwork/item left after the exhibit take-out date will be removed from the exhibition site and donated/disposed of IF NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 30 DAYS.
