Drop off/Pick up artwork inside the gallery. Please have the following attached to the back of your artwork when you come:
- Confirmation of registration
- Docent sign up confirmation
You may register your 12x12 panel and deliver to the Gallery Manager as soon as you finish your panel, but not later than take-in on Tuesday, January 2nd, from 11:00am to 4:00pm. NO WET WORK WILL BE ACCEPTED. Registration closes at 6:00pm on January 1st.
This Exhibition will be on display in the CAL gallery throughout the month of January along with an on-line auction through February 2nd at 4:00pm.
Thank you so much for your time and talent! All proceeds from the Auction will go to the High School Student Awards in May of 2024.
Waiver & Donation Agreement: By registering, the artist agrees to the following: release CAL and its representatives from any and all claims of damage, theft of any artwork/item on exhibit at the gallery; has read and agreed to the guidelines set forth in the CAL gallery policies; the artwork/item is your original creation.
Artist agrees to follow and adhere to all CAL guidelines, procedures, and By-Laws. Failure to do so may result in removal of membership.
Any unclaimed artwork/item left after the exhibit take-out date will be removed from the exhibition site and donated/disposed of IF NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 30 DAYS.
There shall be no soliciting, fundraising, or promoting any organization or group other than CAL or organizations or groups that CAL is a member of.
