Clean Up After Reception
Volunteers are needed to help put things away at the end of the evening. 8:00pm to 8:30pm
Food Contribution
Please bring something that can be shared among the reception attendees. Items that do not require utensils are best
Wine Contribution
Please bring a bottle or two of wine to serve at the reception,

May is a special meeting as we will be hosting the annual Student Awards Show. Volunteer to help make the monthly artist reception an enjoyable time for all our members and visitors. We need members that are willing to bring food items, wine, and to help clean up. Contact Carol Roach at 817-983-8246 for details.
