SET UP IS  MONDAY - November 17.  Deadline to register is 6:00pm on Sunday, November 16.  This Exhibition will be on display in the CAL gallery November 18 through November 22.

We’re excited about this year’s Art & Craft show. There are some new improvements for the event that we’re looking forward to, aiming to elevate the presentation and provide greater exposure for artists. Please review the information on the new guidelines and the supplies needed for artists.

DETAILS OF EVENT / GUIDELINES:

$15 for 6ft TABLE or GRID TOWER RENTED SPACE: Artist will have the following provide for them: a 6ft table with black table cloth, 2-3 black square plexi risers &11x14 plexi sign with your "Artist Bio Sign".  

ARTIST PRESENTATION GUIDELINES: Artists, please use only black or clear plexi display fixtures when showcasing your artwork. When planning the layout of your artwork on the 6ft table, consider the height of your artwork and aim for a pyramid execution to ensure visibility of all your artwork. This will create a clean and strong presentation. By using only black or clear elements, we’ll achieve a consistent and elevated display for all artists’ artwork. 

EVENT SET UP NOV 17th @ 9am-1pm: Please plan to have your artwork ready to set-up during this time window in the gallery. Any additional space of artwork or storage containers can be put under your 6ft table.

Waiver & Donation Agreement: By paying the registration fees, artist agrees to the following:  release CAL and its representatives from any and all claims of damage, theft of any artwork/item on exhibit at the gallery; has read and agreed to the guidelines set forth in the CAL gallery policies How to show in the Gallery (which includes artwork rules); entry fees up to 48" wide-$15 each. Fees for diptych (2 pieces comprising one complete work) and triptych (3 pieces comprising one complete work) are based on the above fee scale if the complete work fits within the width listed.  2D art is not to exceed 48 inches in width, 72 inches in height, and maximum weight is 30 pounds.  3D art is not to exceed 30 inches in depth by 30 inches wide and 48 inches high and maximum weight is 40 lbs.  3D art must fit on CAL window tables or pedestals.  Artist agrees that CAL will receive a donation for each piece sold during its exhibition in the Gallery at 20% of the purchase price. Artist will be paid for sold piece(s) within two (2) weeks after the exhibit closes, less the 20% donation amount. CAL will collect sales tax on all sales in the Gallery.

Artist agrees to follow and adhere to all CAL guidelines, procedures, and By-Laws.  Failure to do so may result in removal of membership.

Any unclaimed artwork/item left after the exhibit take-out date will be removed from the exhibition site and donated/disposed of IF NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 30 DAYS.

There shall be no soliciting, fundraising, or promoting any organization or group other than CAL or organizations or groups that CAL is a member of.
